Terms and Conditions

Subject

Boat rental services with skipper and ancillary activities (stops, snorkeling, SUP, tender, etc...).

Bookings

  • Can be made online via form or cart

  • Confirmation valid only after full payment or indicated methods

  • Mandatory checkbox:“I have read and accept the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions”

Weather and safety

  • Excursions may be postponed or cancelled due to bad weather or safety conditions

  • The skipper may change the route or schedule to ensure safety

Cancellations and refunds

  • 72h before: full refund

  • 71h-48h: partial refund

  • <47h: no refund

Liability

  • Skipper responsible for navigation and safety

  • Owner not responsible for incidents caused by guests' negligence

  • Personal belongings and equipment not covered by insurance

Delays

  • Delays due to weather, maritime traffic or force majeure do not entitle to a refund

  • Any delays communicated promptly

Fuel

  • Included only if stated in the booking

  • Costs clearly shown at checkout

Skipper

  • Mandatory presence of a professional skipper

  • Skipper may alter the route or cancel the excursion for safety reasons

Safety on board

  • Use of life jackets is mandatory

  • Always follow the skipper's instructions

  • Alcohol or substances compromising safety are prohibited

Updates

Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Terms may be updated for regulatory compliance, technical updates or safety provisions.
